All our shipping services are fully tracked through Royal Mail 48. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Orders are typically fulfilled within 1 to 3 working days. However, delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. If there is a delay, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your package arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us immediately at sales@lalucy.co.uk. We will request photos and resend any damaged or leaking products.
UK Shipping
Shipping times displayed at checkout are calculated from the date of dispatch.
Standard delivery to UK addresses (excluding Highlands and Northern Ireland) costs £5.99 and takes 2-3 working days to arrive.

All orders are sent fully tracked and insured via Royal Mail 48.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately by phone on 07748 155 292 or email at sales@lalucy.co.uk.
If the order has already been dispatched but not yet delivered, you will be responsible for the shipping costs once it arrives, and we will provide details on where to send the package.
Returns
If you wish to return your order, you must notify us within 14 days by emailing sales@lalucy.co.uk. You will then need to return the goods to: La Lucy Spanish Cleaning Products, 29 Scot Lane, Doncaster, DN1 1HD.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The goods must be in resaleable condition; otherwise, we may not be able to refund the full purchase price.
Refunds
We will issue a refund (less any applicable shipping charges or deductions for damaged items as outlined above) within 7 days of receiving your returned goods.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide photo evidence.

Any discrepancies with your order must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Any issues raised after this time cannot be addressed.

If your order has not arrived, you must inform us within 14 days of dispatch. After this period, you will need to contact the courier directly to claim compensation. You will receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking information once the package has left us.
